CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits are non-refundable. We reserve our time to service you. As we understand, life may arise, and things can happen, we require a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment. If a deposit was not made, we reserve the right to charge 20% of service scheduled, loss of a package session, or redemption of any pre-paid coupon services (ex. Groupon) If a deposit is not made or you have not confirmed your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment, we reserve the to charge the deposit to the card on file or to cancel the appointment. REBOOKING POLICY Appointments are not re-booked without a deposit or purchase of pre-paid coupons. We reserve the right to offer a courtesy re-booking of a late cancelation at our discretion. A courtesy re-booking is not guaranteed in all circumstances or for any set day or time. We reserve the right to decline services to any client due to what we deem as excessive re-scheduling of services.
